The quality of the new fleet, is designed to guarantee almost perfect collection. This is accomplished through the accurate knowledge of the city and its characterizations, gained by years of experience. The permanent technological exchange with the International Chagnon Group and the unbreakable decision to continue with the process of improvements has also contributed to this process. To program the route of the collectors by shifts
To know exactly the streets that are cleaned and which ones are not
· To know where and how long it takes for a collector to give the services in every stop over
· To know the real data and to be able to inform the schedule of service.

Consorcio Vachagnon has been handled in a self-sufficient form. The factories used count on machinery specialized for works of metal mechanics, where the tools of sweeping and collection are constructed, like tins, wheelbarrows and containers. In the service station, the preventive maintenances and fixing the fleet, provides its own area of washing, lubrication, vulcanized and fueling of the units, assuring the availability and longevity of all the fleet.
